Default spiro 100mg

My dr has finally prescribed spiro and he wants me to take 100mg. I just wonder has anyone else been taking that dosage and more importantly had any positive results. I realise it can be up to a year before results are seen but i do wonder if its too small a dose. Also what kind of side effects did you experience. If its going to leave me feeling shattered Id better wait until after kids start school again in Feb.
Have a great Xmas everybody!

hi

I've always been on 100 of spiro a day. At first it did give me a af every 3 or so weeks, but now I settled down to my normal

I took spiro 100mg per day for a few years. I just recently stopped to begin TTC. I can give you a little comparison from how it helped and how I am now. It gradually helped with excessive hair growth. I just didn't realize how much until now. I'm definitely fighting a bit more fuzz since dropping it. Otherwise I don't feel different symptom wise with or without it.
