 Spiro or BC for hairloss with normal testosterone
Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I have bad hair loss. I have been on 100 mg Spirolactone for about 8 months now with no change in hairloss. I had my hormones tested last week and my testosterone levels are all normal now. Since I have been on the spiro they have come down. But hair is still falling out. My DHT was 12 should be between 5-30
My Dhea sulfate was 183 needing to be in the 45-320 range. My FSH was 3.4, my LH was 1.4. Testosterone (total) was 34 needing to be 2-45. My Free testosterone was 4.8 needing to be 0.1-6.4. My Free testosterone percent was 1.42 needing to be 0.50-2.00
Would I benfit more to go on 200mg of spiro and lower levels of testosterone even more. Or should I just go on the bc pill? Or both? I am so lost, please help. I cant loose anymore hair. Thank you |
