I have been using Spiro for the last 2 months on 100 mg dosage, but have had no luck. Just wondering if anyone else needed to increase their dosage to see effects, or if this med is simply not going to work for me.

Hi

I've been on spiro just over 3 years, and it has made a difference. My endo said that it takes 9 - 12 months to get to maximum benefit, so hang in there!

Are you on 100 mg a day as well? That is good to know it may take awhile, at what point did you start seeing results?
