I was on spiro, met and yasmin a little over a year ago, and stopped when I went into surgery. Then I moved states and had to switch doctors and now I am getting back on my medications. The pharmacy in TX does not have my records anymore so my doc put me on 25mg of spiro, is that a normal dose? What does are you ladies on?

Oh yeah I have been reading here for about 2 years now, but this is my first post. Glad to see such a great community!

People take anywhere from 25mg to 200mg of Spiro. I take 50mg plus Yaz which has the equivalent of 25mg. I get leg cramps if I take a dosage any higher than that.
