I have two questions -

1. I am about to start Sprionalactone for the first time - is it safe and will it help with my facial/body hair? I did a google search on it and was a bit frightened by some of the negative side effects. One article said it will even cause hairiness!! I just wanted some feedback on the medication.

2. I also have a rx for Vaniqa cream. I used it once before and it burned my skin on my face and would turn the skin red for a few hours. After about a week on it I started noticing the hair I would pluck would have a white thick root and be really painful to pull out. Also, I started getting large pimples (maybe ingrown hairs) in that area I was using the cream on.
Does anyone have any advise on using Vaniqa? I'm thinking of trying it again, but really don't want my skin to flare up this time.
