 Spirulina during pregnancy?
Has anyone used this during pregnancy? I was told about this at the healthfood store as I am going off the met very shortly and I am worried about developing GD. I am trying to find out if this is safe to use during pregnancy. If anyone has any experience with it I would love to hear it. I am also posting it on the pregnancy board so sorry if you see it twice.
