Default split fallopian tube

My friend had a laprescope a few weeks ago, and the results came back saying she has PCOS and also a split fallopian tube, the gyno has told her to steal ttc naturally, but could end up always having an eptopic pregnacy. Have any of you been told that you have a split fallopian tube, if so is the gyno right for saying she should steal ttc naturally? or any info about it.
She has the same gyno as me, and I honestley think he does not know much about anything!!! The last time I see him he was very rude to me saying he wanted me to lose 1 stone in 1 month, and it was good that I had loss of appitite with metformin because it should make me lose more weight!(and I no that met is not gaurnteed for weight loss and takes time to work)He also keeps putting it off when I ask him for help to ttc, also he said that PCOS was a disease (but I know that it is a syndrome)and would not give me a blood test to check my liver. Also I met one of my aunts friends and she has PCOS and the same gyno and he also keeps telling her to lose weight.

any advice will be very much appreciated!
thanks
kim

For starters any time we are over weight (like I am) looseing weight is a good thing! We all know that... but the worst thing is having a doctor who keeps telling you to! I would find a new doctor... one who will listen and take care of you and your needs!

Default weight loss

why is it always about losing weight? do they realize that it is hard? like no matter what you do!!!! i would switch or look for an endo/gyn dr... they usually know more about a whole lot... i have the same prob with my gyn but she also doesnt know much about pcos and also said it was a disease... but when she referred me to a endocrinologist... i got a hold of him and he said its a syndrome but my 1st appt is in aug (21 to be exact)... but def i would look for another gyn...
