Hey ladies!! I searched the forums but haven't found any discussions on sports bras. LOL, I could use some help!!!
I just got my BFP last week & the girls are KILLING me. I started noticing that they hurt when I was running on the treadmill 2 weeks ago, beforeI knew I was preggers. Well, now they are making me miserable. I splurge on great every day bras & don't mind spending $$$ on a great sports bra, but I just can't find one. I need serious support, I don't want them to move an inch!! I'm a 36-38 d/dd, depending on the style. I've always had a hard time finding good sports bras & finally found an Under Armour one that was perfect, at least until my boobs started hurting. Any recommendations? Thanks!!!!

I bought an Enell bra after seeing it on Oprah years ago. It's the sports best bra I've ever owned. Before I had it, I wouldn't even consider jogging because I'd never had a bra with enough support. I've jogged, done step aerobics and all sorts of cardio with the Enell bra and it holds everything in place, comfortably!
I worked out throughout my pregnancy and continued to use my Enell bra. It worked really well, though I had to make a few adjustments in the last trimester (the bottom hooks would no longer do up!).
I know how uncomfortable it can be, especially in early pregnancy. I hope you find something that helps you out!
Thanks so much for the suggestion, I'm going to google it right now! I plan on working out as long as possible. Yesterday it was so hard, I couldn't believe how bad it hurt! I kind of feel like a wimp b/c I usually can work through anything but this is a whole new experience for me. I'll let you know what happens!!!

No problem! And don't feel like a wimp. Your body is going through some extraordinary changes right now! If you're like me, the pain should get better by the end of your first trimester.
Don't feel bad if you need to take it easy some days -- listen to your body and be good to yourself
Hey! Something I do is get a good sports bra, then over the top I also have one of those tight crop top bras (like a young girl might use?) we could be in a mega earthquake and those ladies aren't going anywhere!!!

I agree with shinesobright, I love my Enell bras. My only complaint with them is they can be a bit hot, but it's SO worth dealing with the heat to have the great support. I haven't found anything else that even compares (I am larger chested). I ordered mine from Ladies Only Sports. Good luck
