Help! I have about 36 hours before meeting dbf and of course what would pop up but a mean looking 'pimple' on my chest!! Is there any spot treatments that really work? I am desperate!

Tea tree oil. It works for me, pimples go away completely or at least diminish overnight. I just soak a washcloth with HOT water, hold it on the area for a few minutes, (sometimes just that pops it) and then dab a little tea tree oil on it. The next morning, the pimple is either gone or alot less red and smaller. Hope that helps

Some type of benzyl peroxide is the best thing for a spot treatment. Clearasil (sp?) sells a small bottle of Benzyl Peroxide for about $6... I think it is the best stuff. I think it is 10%.
It makes a big difference for me. You can get it atdrugstore - CVS, Brooks, Riteaide, etc.
