Last month, I started spotting 9 DPO with AF starting 3 days later. I've read that both a short luteal phase and spotting can indicate lack of progesterone.
Would NPC help, if that's the case? Do I take it as soon as I verify O or wait a couple days?

Hey hun just wanted to post and let you know that I always used NPC at 3DPO. It seemed to help get me to average of 14-16 days. Which my doc was happy about. HTH

Thanks for the congrats. I actually used the one from GNC "Products of Nature Matural Woman Progesterone Cream. It is a lil expensive, but to me it was worth it. Helped with my lp. I hope you are able to get your length figured out and get your BFP soon.
