spotting after af? whats going on?

Hi i'm hoping someone knows what is going on since i've got no clue and i'm frustrated. I just finished 2 rounds of clomid- (my biggest follicle was 11), and i am now to take a 3 mos break as i start glucophage. i'm on miracette bcp for this cycle and i started it the sunday that af came (it was day 1, and it was 2 days late). my af lasted only 2 days and was slightly lighter than usual....well then about a week later i started some spotting, i called my infertility np and she is going to change my bcp next month. well ok, so then today i'm bleeding...a lot. i'm even passing some clots. what is going on? HELP!
