Default Spotting and birth control pack not done!!

I have a question....Okay, it's about my birth control pills. I began taking them without starting my period because it's so irregular anyway. I DID get AF 2 weeks before starting them though. I believe it was March 8th. (My last period) Now, I began the BC around March 20th or so...I'm ALMOST done...I've got a week to go before the 28-day pill cycle is through...However, I am spotting now (old blood)....Does anyone think it's because my body is 'confused' because I started taking them the wrong time in my cycle??? Will my period regulate as I keep taking them throughout the months??

I began getting constipated, and felt crampy, back-achy the last week....Then, suddenly...The spotting came...That's basically what happened...Any ideas why???

Thanks

I suspect that you're right, and that you have breakthrough bleeding because you didn't wait for your period to start the pack. However breakthrough bleeding can be a side-effect of the pill anyway, and I believe it usually improves in a few months. If it doesn't, you should check with a Dr.
Best wishes,
Alex
