Default spotting on estrostep

I posted this message in the pregnancy section too, but if anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am currently taking Estrostep. I take my dose at the same time every day (I have an alarm set on my phone.) I am concerned because I have been spotting a little yesterday and today. It is sometimes pink, sometimes brown and comes and goes, not much at all. I am on my second week of active pills. This will have been the third month that I am on this pill. I have noticed before that if I miss a does or take it at funny times, I will have some spotting, but this is not the case this month. The first two months I was on this, I didn't spot at all.

Does anyone think this could be implantation bleeding? or have any suggestions as to what it might be? I'm stumped as to what is going on. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
