I was just wondering if its ok to take St. Johns Wart with progesterone Creme?? I've read where it can lesson the effect for Birth Control. I'm not on Birth Control, not using it as that, but trying to get a period.

I'm also taking Ginko Biloba.

Just in case......I'm Hypothyroid taking 100micorgrams of levoxyl
Taking 35 Units of Lantus for Type II Diabetes because Met causes GI issues
And on a weightloss trial for metabolic synrome taking 100 mg of topamax.

After my weightloss trial..I'm thinking of seeing a ND because I'm at a loss. My old Endo left for Cinc. and the one I'm left with isn't helping me at all. My levels are outrageous....leaving my bloodsugar levels at 300's and almost 400's with a hemoglobin A1c to the 7's. I need help. Can anyone tell me how ND's can help these issues?? I want to feel better, I want to lose weight, I want my hormonal levels normal again. Everything is outrageous!

Yeah, I've used Progesterone Cream before....I know it works. I decided not to take provera anymore because it makes me crazy. so I'm trying to go as natural as I can. I'm hoping someone will know the answer to this??
