I am considering trying St. Johns wort and had a few questions if someone doesn't mind answering?

Does it have any side effects, particularly like weight gain, like normal antidepressants?

Any brand recommendations?

How much are you supposed to take daily?

And finally how long does it take to work?

Did it help anyone with depression here?
