Question Stabilizing AF with Met

Hello Cysters,
I started Met 500 about a week ago and now I'm on CD 40 and no sign of AF still.
Does anone know what the statistics are for thin non-IR cysters using met?
Or does it work better on the fluffy cysters who are IR?

I'm also taking Vitex, Saw Palmetto and Selenium (and other vitamins) daily.

I have been on met since January and I have seen AF both in February and in March with no other issues. I take between 250mg-750mg a day depending on how I feel. I saw AF on CD 31 and CD 33

Thank you Tiara for your answer.
I just wanted to know what the statistics could be.
Because I'm neither fluffy, nor IR.

However, I was really surprised that Fer friend gave me a coverline yesterday, but I really do not think I ovulated this cycle.
Do you think it might be worth it to just induce the AF with Progesterone this time around and start fresh for the next cycle?

Being that you are on CD 45, I would take another HPT and talk to my doctor before taking the progesterone. I am not fluffy or IR and this cycle I received AF on CD34. I first started met the same time as when I took Provera to bring on AF. So when AF came met was already in my system. Maybe try uping the met.

I just started a new thread about this. Here are some articles I found:

I have read that it can take quite awhile but these articles should help with this. You can add clomid too it if you are TTC?
