I have a really dumb question... I posted this in another area, but wanted to post it here in case there are others who have the same stupid question. LOL
I've heard different things from different doctors about this, but I'd like ya'll opinion. What day do you actually start counting as the start of your cycle? Like, if I started spotting on 8/24, is that my first day of my period? Or, is today when my AF started the first day of my period? It makes a difference when TTC and I never know...

I have asked this question many times and both my doctor and RE have confirmed that the first day of cycle begins from full flow AF and not spotting.
Hope this helps

Thanks ladies. Wow, now I feel really dumb... because I've always counted it from the day I start spotting. Crappers... it means I have been off on when I could have ovulated and when we have TTC. *blush* When I was taking Femara, I was taking the pills on the wrong days then... Oi. Well, I'm glad to know now. LOL

Great question!!! Infact I just clarified this with my doctor about 2weeks ago. You don't count day 1 of your period until you actually start. Not just spotting, spotting doesn't count as your period!!!!
