It's been a while since i been in here,(missed you all!!) been going trough allot since then, still haven't got pregnant and i just found out last month i do have PCOS.............................................. .................................................. .................... It's Real Frustrating having PCOS Sometimes you just want to run away from it all, Me and my husband are going to have 2 years of being married in April,1 of this year we have been having un-protected sex since we got married, you would of thought i would be pregnant by now
but nothing, I really never had an idea what PCOS was until i looked it up and my doctor told me about it, I really thought i was never going to be a mommy, I noticed alot of weight gain..depression un wanted hair growing to fast, my hormones where crazy and i would hardly have any periods at all, there came times my husband would get upset at the fact of us trying and trying but nothing would happen, he really wants to be a daddy and it upsets me of the fact that since i have PCOS(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) it's hard for me to get pregnant. The doctor subscribe METFROMIN to help my problem a bit but i'm not sure if it would work, i did some resarch on it and it has helped other women, I just really hope it helps me, we are praying hard!!
If any of you know or have any experiance with METFORMINPlease let me know
For now i guess will keep trying.. And Waiting for a miricle from God!

Hi Blackroze, well, I know how you're feeling. I too have been married to my husband for 2 years now and we've been having unprotected sex the entire time and still no baby. And due to the fact that my hubby is military, the doctors dont always help you like they should because they get paid either way. anyways. I finally got an OB/GYN here who takes me seriously and she just diagnosed me with pcos and I'm supposed to be starting metformin on Tuesday. So if anythihg, we'll be on this road together. But I do have a little light to shine for you. My aunt Has PCOS and was prescribed Metformin. She started taking and was pregnant within 3 weeks. after that, it helped her lose 160lbs in a year. God its hard to life with PCOS. I would love to have a child too (but the man I have met recently lives in a different part of world) and I am 40 late this year. I wish you well with it all. A herbalist friend of mine said that some people have luck taking something called MACA. Have a look for it on the web.
