Thumbs up Started seeing the chiropractor

I'm just making some great strides
Started seeing the chiropractor - found a good one.
My insurance only covers adjustments, but she said that is all she will bill them for, electrical stim, ultrasound, and any other modalities she will not charge me for. In the past, this has helped me with the PCOS and the endometriosis.

I am truly blessed, truly blessed.
I realize how many people and pathways God is putting in my world, and am so grateful. Sometimes when things aren't going the way I would like them to, or people don't act the way I think they should or expect them to, everything is black and 'wrong', and I can't see how things are really OK.

Anyway - got off on a side rant I feel better after two adjustments already.
It's interesting how this method works....

I've gone to chiropractors in the past. I've had a lot of neck problems ever since I was like 11. I should really start going again. They help a lot. The noises your body makes when you're being adjusted are a little creepy though

They're using a 'machine' like method now, no more manual manipulations.
NEAT!

Sounds like you found a great doctor that understands how unfair the insurance system is. I am so happy for you!!!

I noticed you are in California - so am I. Is this new doctor anywhere close to Orange County?

Talking I love the chiroparctor!

I've gone to the chiro off & on for about 4 years....
Whenever I have regular adjustments, my cycles tend to be "regular".
I've not been to the chiro consistantly for 5 or 6 months now & haven't had a period since May....
I "really" need to go back to a minimum of 2x month.

I've also had a friend say she was able to achieve a pregnancy by going to a chiropractor and getting adjusted....The adjustments help balance everything out....Our bodies tend to get stuck in the "fight or flight" mode and your body will produce too many toxins to deal with it....

Good luck with your visits...I'm sure they'll help you!

Exactly, it helped my cycles to be "regular" as well, and you just feel better overall, that spine of ours!
I hadn't seen a chiro since 2001, the body was screaming!
I truly believe in it.

I did!!! I went to Orange Coast College and to Cal State Fullerton. How about you??

You will need to keep us updated on your results. I had not thought of seeing a chiro for PCOS related symptoms.

I've been to chiropractors that have suggested that by properly aligning yourself, you will be able to create a better flow of energy in your body. Better energy means your body will be less stressed, and things get better.
