I am currently on a high dosage of bcp's, what should I expect when AF arrives its been 9 months since a good flow?

It could go either way... BCP's keep the lining of your uterus thin, so most likely you'll have a medium to light flow. But since you haven't had AF for 9 months, you might have a doozy of one!

Well the reason that I'm on the pills is to get rid of the lining because I was diagonsed with the first stages of cancer.

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear this! Why wouldn't your Dr. just give you Prometrium or Provera if you need to rid yourself of your lining? It would be a much faster process. Oh well, I hope you're feeling ok!
