im starting my 1st round ever of clomid and i hope it works..the doctor has me doing from cd5-cd9..im nervous but im trying to stay calm so i dont get all worked up and happy for nothing
any thoughts on what time of day i should take clomid

I am starting my first round of clomid today. My dr. told me to take it at bed time. I am also taking it from cd5-9. I am pretty nervous about the whole experience.
Hey Ladies---I would love to join you as I started Clomid yesterday, Saturday! I'm taking it CD3-7 150 mg.
I will also tell you that last month I took 100 mg CD5-9 and was in your shoes. Nervous, excited etc etc etc. Without the support of SC's 24x7 and my very awesome RE's office I don't know what I would have done. Our first round obviously didn't work as we're moving on but I'd love to be here to support you as we do it together.
They do say to take it at the same time everyday and also take the full dose. I take mine around 7pm. It's just a time that I'm home everyday and don't have to worry. I just set an alarm on my cell phone so I don't forget.
Keep us all posted about s/e's, questions or concerns.

ME TOOO!!!!!!! I am starting 50mg of clomid tomorrow which will also be cycle day 5-9 for me! I am in the Exact same boat as you! WOW so cool to see your post! I am so nervous and am also trying not to get my hopes up. That is easier said than done huh? It seems like it's all I can think about! LOL

hows everything going? i take mine at 11am everyday along with prenatals. tomorrow which would be monday will be my 3rd pill and my df is getting moody kuz we havent dtd for about a week and half kuz of af

Kateykat-have you had any side effects? If so, what?
I didn't have anything last time and just wondering what to expect/hope for this time.
sweet- the only s/e ive had so far are hotflashes and headaches and a lil nauses thats about it but i heard from allie that they can be worse like dizzy spells and stuff..so hopefully i stay where im at but i pray to O

Val-ive heard some woman dont even get s/e but they O it all depends on the person.tomorrow is my 2nd to last pill and the only s/e's ive had are what i said before nothing more tho i am worryed kuz im still on af and im becomin anmemic(sp) and i dont wana O on af

My RE told me that side effects don't mean it's working better or worse. I didn't have ANYTHING the 1st round and I didn't respond at all. So, I'd like to think that this round, i am having s/e's that it is working. But, I think all in all, it's different for every person.

Just wanted to say GOOD LUCK girls!!! I finished clomid 8 days ago just waiting to O grrrr. Anyways my s/e was crazy hotflashes, headaches, one dizzy spell sick to my stomach. Most of those s/e went away by now the hotflashes sick to my stomach are gone I still get the headaches though something awful I hope you ladies get that BFP soon

Don't lose hope yet...Many woman O late when on Clomid. You're only on CD 16! This next week could be your week and then the BFP!
