AF finally showed up today and I am restarting Vitex. I used to take it , and I can't remember why I stopped. It did seem to help regulate me.
I took two pills this p.m. I might take 2 for a week and then go down to one. We are TTC. I am also on 2,000 mg of Met as of 6 weeks ago. My af has become more regular. (35 day cycle vs.usual 65 day cycle.)
not starting Vitex again but loved the results!! hope it works for you! good luck!!

Leslie - when i was taking Vitex i started at 1200mg per day..those were the instructions on my bottle and i feel it worked great for me.
500 is not bad to start just to see how your body takes then you can up from there.
Some people have taken 1600mg ..so it all depends on your body.
