I can't help you with a name of a good doctor in Sweden, but I know someone who can refer you. Her name is Etelka Moll, she works as a pcos researcher for a fertility clinic in Amsterdam. Via e -mail she gave me the name of a brilliant doctor in Belgium: Professor Dr. Thomas D'Hooghe.

Hi Jennifer,

If Dr Moll can't help you, I have another suggestion. It might be a longshot but on the Lonely Planet website there is a women's branch on which a lot of 'Scandies' post. A couple of months ago I saw a thread about pcos on the site. It's been deleted meanwhile, but maybe you can start a new thread about it?

both leads deadended for me.
dr moll wrote back and didn't know of anyone in sweden. and the message board gave no replies.
i hope something comes through soon...
