I'm also doing the GI Diet. I haven't went out and bought the flour or anything but I do by bread and such made with it. I have done so for years. IMO it just tastes better.

We only buy wholewheat, too. But I don't think it is always stone-ground. I'm going to look for this next time I grocery shop. I'd also like to find the flour, so I can use it for things like pizza dough.
Beylia, how are you doing on the Diet? I haven't started it yet, but it seems similar to the way I try to eat as it is. Which book do you own?

Doing good on the diet so far. I've managed to lose 11lbs and my sugars are stabilizing much better. I'm doing the G.I. Diet by Rick Gallop. Which book did you get?

I'm also reading the book by Gallop. I've read through everything but Phase II, and I just skimmed through the recipes. I figured I'd just start with Phase 1, and read the rest as I go along.
I plan on starting very soon, as well as increasing my gym workouts, and incorporating some muscle-training classes (which they offer for free!).
Do you drink coffee at all? I enjoy having a cup a day, and the book says no more then that, but I'm worried that one cup could be doing damage.
