Hi, I'm new to here, I'm 20 years old and I'm getting married in October. anyways, I have pcos and my periods were coming about every other week and it was getting quite annoying so I started up on Vitex to regualate them. I've been taking it for about 2 months now and ever since I've started taking it I havnt gotten my period at all. so 2 months without a period. Should I stop taking it? I want my periods to be regular!! I'm gonna want kids sometime!! And I don't want to be put on Birthcontrol.

SOOOO, should I stop taking the vitex since it's making my period not come at all now? and if yes...does anyone know anything else that can help them regulate without bc?

also I saw that some people were using npc will that help regulate my period? and can you buy it at the store?

hm.. well, if you were getting your periods before, and now you're noT.. if i were you, i'd probably stop taking it and talk to my dr. about it. congrats on the wedding, too :o)
