Default Stopping Actos/Met/Avandia - Medication

Just wondering if anyone has stopped medication and seen their symptoms recur. I had to stop Actos due to changes in insurance coverage and am very worried. I'm not diabetic so Actos was utilized just to control the symptoms of PCOS - high triglycerides, no AF, high c-peptide, etc.. All hormone (testosterone) driven. I'm watching for a return of symptoms as Actos seemed to take care of everything.

At the same time as taking Actos, I have lost weight, exercised, and have taken supplements so I don't really know what did the "trick". I'm tentative and concerned. My Endo even wanted me to try it without Actos, so for now I'm off the meds. Has anyone had experience with stopping Actos or Met or Avandia, etc..?

Thanks.
