Strange bleeding...

Hey everyone.

I haven't had my period coming up on 11 months now. In the beginning, when I was missing my periods, there would be times when I would suddenly bleed, very lightly, for a day, and then it would go away. This has happened about three of the eleven months.
Anyway, this past month, I've been bleeding everyday...but not in a normal way. The blood doesn't leak out...there's never any spotting on my underwear. It's only there after I go to the bathroom and wipe. I know it's not my urine, because on some of the days where it seems like an unusual ammount of blood, I'll put a tampon in for a few hours, and when i take it out, there is blood, although very little.
I just find it very unusual that it doesn't leak out...and only shows up when I'm going to the bathroom, as if it's just sitting there and waiting. I'm to the point right now where I'm sore down there because everytime I go to the bathroom, I have to do extra wiping to clean up the blood.
Can anyone tell me what's causing this?

Cant say i know what this is but it sounds like you should see a doctor, unusal blood is never a good thing

im kind of experiencing the same thing.. but mine is usually after i orgasm.. sometimes without one.. but usually followed by one.. did you find anything out about this? i would love to know.. thanks

I used to get bleeding like that. Even though I'm on Dianette I used to bleed every day - not heavily, but it used to come up on toilet roll when I went to the loo.

In the end I saw a gynae, who to my relief said he could do something about it! I had an operation to cauterise (burn) my cervix and inside of my womb. The area was inflamed, and this was causing the bleeding.

And I've had no problems since! I know irregular bleeding can also be hormonal, but a doctor would also be able to advise you about that.
