 stressed and desperate!

Not sure where to start... i am hoping for some good news and success stories.
3 years ago i was in an awful relationship and got pregnant so easily it was unreal. I was told by numerous people that i shouldnt keep it and my partner told me i had ruined his life! so i did, it was the worse thing i have ever been through.
2 years later i find out i have got PCOS and i felt like my life was over, i went into mourning for about a month. Since then i have met the dream man and we are now trying for a baby - easier said then done.
my periods are anywhere between 5 and 8 weeks. we have not been trying for 4 months to no avail.
I am starting on Hyponidd and trying to follow all the advice on low GI diets etc.
I feel like i am being punished for having an abortion and its getting me really down.
Does anyone have any success stories of getting pregnant with PCOS with or without infertility drugs, ops etc.
Please help - i am driving myself absolutely mad!
