I have heard that BCP's help block the Androgen hormone which is the male hormone that forces us gals to gain weight around our middles.

I have been on Allesse (Low Dose BCP's) for a year now and while I am having some problems with clotting and very little flow I am wondering if I went on a stronger BCP would this help with the weight gain around my middle?

Would it help me lose some weight around my middle (with proper diet and exercise of course)?

Or am I thinkin crazy?

I can't help on this one. I wish I could find some magic pill that would work, but I think I'll just go on the IR diet. I've been trying. I haven't lost any weight, but I've been sleeping better. I guess that's something.
