Hey Girls

I found that if I didnt eat every 4 hours or so Id also get hypo glycemic. That sucked for during the night! I remember taking food to bed with me and eating during the night. After around 2 months it settled. I think it depends on menstural cycle too, mid cycle estrogen surges mess up our system, or if your more stressed and tired than usual. I hope your all doing good...NYER what dose are you on now regards xxx

It varies with Vitex. When I first started on it, it took about 2 1/2 to 3 months to get AF. Vitex really works but I have to take a lot of it.. 800mgs a day.

The best place to get Hyponidd is www.madanapalas.com

Can we do a round-up of side-effects?

Since I am on other herbal compilations, trying to be careful on what I attribute to what

Only taking 1 tab twice per day but every now and then I take two tabs before a meal.

I think appetite suppression, i.e., not feeling hungry between meals, would be one. Usually I want to snack pretty soon after lunch

(Less energy lately but not ready to attribute to hyponidd...)

Curious as to what everyone else is noticing!

Lol - thanks Pearl! So your dad is back on it? How's he doing?

I know one of the articles I read said that something in Hyponidd "repairs pancreatic cells". I wonder if it's sort of a cure. Or at least temporarily?

Let me dig out the article.......

It's kind of a oddly written article, and reading through it, it sounds like the author is talking about Hyponidd the whole time. Also it could be promotional mumbo jumbo, but here it is:
http://pharmaceuticals.indiabizclub....diabetes~delhi

A quote from it:

Quote:
The preliminary data does show that the drug has repaired the damage to the pancreas, but it needs to be controlled trials. If the results from the proposed study in Thiruvananthapuram are promising I will be happy to perform some additional studies in US.

It made me more tired at times.
More depressed than on metformin.

But I'm feeling mighty fine today on a lower dose!
And for some reason whenever I'm on weight watchers I'm tired anyway

Initally felt warm/sweaty - that got better after about a month
Itchy skin - went away
Bumps on skin (all types) - especially if I rubbed or scratched area - probably detoxifying properties of turmeric
Facial bumps have disappeared, acne getting better, but I do still have
bumps on my lower back on & off.

Thins blood really well
Does well with cravings *most of the time*

So strange how we have different effects. I had alot of EWCM thru ovulation right until a few days ago (8dpo). But previously cm was lacking, so I guess it's a good thing for me.

And yeah, it can suppress appetite a little too much for your own good sometimes - then you get those hypo moments!

Hope your father does well with it!

I have a question about this new drug from India. I have never responded to Metformin as far as AF or O. Anyone respond to this India drug and not had success with Metformin?

Thanks

(gmw I hope someone can answer your question, I can't since have not been on Met.)

Thanks Ladies for updating some side-effects, it's comforting!

For the side-effects, at odd times have been having a bit of a sweet tooth lately, a craving for anything sweet (usually we have hard candy, lollipops around for guests and something I just about never eat for months at a time, well I've been craving them just about every other night, scary). It's not hunger, just for sweet taste.
At times I've been a bit crankier/edgier - not happy about this and I hope it's not the Hyp. - possibly lack of sleep, change in sleep patterns.

It looks like Cassia Auriculata (antidiabetic effects etc) and Curcuma Longa (Tumeric) are the highest (mg) ingredients

Solange: Maybe the 2 x2 a day is too much for you & that's why you're craving sugar. I've noticed crankiness too - very bad PMS like when I was in my 20s. I think I've got some extra estrogen going on & very sore bbs since ovulation. And insomnia - same here - I thought it was just me.

Where are you getting the mg's from?
