Hello everyone! I am new and trying to figure out a plan of action. Like you, I prefer to go the natural route. My question is: How do you know which supplements to take? Thanks in advance!

Hi all! I was recently diagnosed in April and am new to all this. I am taking Cinnamon capsules and vitex everyday. My doctor prescribed Spiro for me, and it seems to be working ok, but I would rather go the natural route. No, I am not TTC right now. Besides, I just quit my job in order to go to graduate school full time, so I don't have insurance to pay for my medications anymore. I have read the study and find it interesting. I am thinking of ordering some but I am kinda scared!

Hi ladies, I am over 2 wks into taking Hyponidd. I hope to try it for a while. It seems like with PCOS there are no fast fixes. We have to really give it time. I am also taking Cinnamon and Milk thistle ect

The study results were taken after 3 months for both hyponidd and metformin. I would say to carry it on for 4 months and see if you have seen an improvement then. Im on day 17 and no ovulation yet...

I stopped taking saw palmetto again (incidently the last time I stopped it I didnt have a period for 3 months) have started the saw palmetto again today just incase

Pearl- I am feeling GREAT< GREAT GREAT, on 2 tabs Hyponidd, 2x daily (4 a day total) I am ordering more Hyponidd tommarow. I felt really wierd when I first started all my supplements (Milk Thistle Cinnamon) and Im not sure if If that was when I was taking Hyponidd or not, but I am really doing good on it. Today I took it 30 min+ before breakfast on an empty stomach with warm water. I just read that some things absorb into your body better with warm water, 30 min before meal.

Maybe the fatigue you are detoxing? I hope you can try the Hyponidd!!

Hi Herbs!!!

Im so happy you feel good!! Thats great! I feel very exhausted but I will continue the tablets, as it is proof it is doing *something* to me. I do know that met causes the same tiredness due to reactive hypoglycemia after eating and I think this is doing the same thing.

Have you noticed any changes?

I havent attended acupuncture regularly this month and my cycle is very delayed.

I take the hyponidd half an hour before food or with food if I forget! The Dr said that was fine but warm water is better!

My acupuncturist told me to keep taking the hyponidd and wait around 6 months to see results.

I know it takes 3-6 months for met to help in the studies. I really wanted a quicker outcome but I guess it didnt take us a day to get into this state so it wont take us a day to get out of it!
