Pearl--

yeah your right, it didnt take us a day to get in this state, so its going to take a while to get out of it!! Unfortunatley I have a bad case of Impatience, but I am doing better (I hope) I really think I need to give my body and supplements time to heal.

Keep us posted on the fatigue. Hopefully it goes away!

Yes I think my temps are better. XXfingers crossedXX!!!

I have noticed one other symptom at least scince taking hyponidd and other stuff... I think its helping my estrogen dominance problem. I had egg white cervical fluid for almost weeks solid at a time sometimes it seemed, now I have some days I feel more "dry" and there isnt much Cervical fluid there. Maybe that was tmi, but Defenitly I have noticed a difference of not being "fertile Myrtle" constantly! Thats a good sign right?

I am really getting down to bussiness losing wieght too, so of course that will help me too!

Herbs the exact same thing as me! I would get fertile mucus with terrible tender breasts for days on end, when my cycle was delayed. Now my mucus is more dry and my nausea/tender breasts are gone. So its definately sorting something out! I wish I could talk to a hormone "person" about this. I want to know what this means! Im definately more comfortable, its a horrible feeling when you feel like you are about to ovulate (with all the estrogenic symptoms of headaches, nausea, bloatedness and tender breasts) but never do ovulate!

I feel a little moody if I dont eat on time and slightly jittery. Hows it going on the food front? I hardly crave either. Have you been able to lose some weight?

I wonder if the delayed ovulation is due to me being on a diet? Im getting less than 1000 calories sometimes. I really do try and eat well but Im doing atkins and because I am eating no carbs - just salad and veg carbs - it is hard to keep my caloric intake high.

Yes, I have heard too few of calories can stop Ovulation.... I am doing a very sensible diet...I try to eat only when I am 100% sure I am hungry. Then I eat whatever I am hungry for. But the secret is that I try to eat small bites slowly, try to chew each bite alot, and I dont eat very much of what Im eating. I try to only eat until I am polite-ly full. I also wait until I am hungry to take hyponidd, then wait another 30 min to eat after hyponidd, so that burns calories too. I am not having very bad cravings today. I havent wieghed for a couple days or something like that, so I am also trying to wiegh only once a week, because I am a scales-watcher and that gets me discouraged.

Hang in there with the fatigue and hyponidd... Is it lessening at all?

Herbs It was so bad today I had to go and lay down! I felt like someone had drained all of my energy. That was because I was hungry too.

I tried to eat tonight but could hardly.

I just wanna ovulate now and get a period!

How you doing?

How are the kiddies ? xxx

Hi all! I have ordered my pills, and am anxiously awaiting them as we speak! Curretnly, I am taking Spiro 100mg, and am not sure when to stop, when my pills get here, or when I finish this bottle. Sprio is making me have periods every 2 weeks, and that sucks! Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself, can't wait to get in there and start taking those pills with you all!

Sue Ann-

Yay!! Another hyponidd buddy added to our group. I made a mistake while ordering the hyponidd so it looks like I might be out of them for a little bit/while!

Pearl- Hows it going? The kiddies are fine!

Hi everyone! Lovely to see our community growing

I have found out that I get so tired when I am hungry and my sugar levels drop too low. I have a habit of not eating regularly, and on top of that I am low carbing so I was probably going hypoglycemic. I have remedied that by eating on time and I am fine!

I fell off the dieting bandwagon today and had a massive slice of white bread with jam *blush* I feel so bad but I have been SOOOO good for SOOOO long! I just wanted a treat

My mum is making apple pie in a minute

Tomorrow Ill be back on the low carbing. I think my hair (tresses) are growing in thicker

My spots have disappeared and Im not getting egg white mucus ALL month like I used to. Ive just started the ovulation process. Its late but atleast its happening. So far these are the things that I have noticed about myself. Oh yes and I dont gain weight anymore. I can eat like a human being and maintain my weight steadily. Its great!

hows everyone else?

Poohbear- It costs me 38.00 to get a months worth of hyponidd from India and that is shipping included. I live in the United States so I think that is pretty good for getting it shipped half way across the world. It would be cheaper if I would get several months worth of Hyponidd at a time, because they only charged me 8.00 shipping, and the months worth of hyponidd was 29.00 something!

Pearl, I can't seem to find the ingredients for Hyponidd, could you either post the ingredients or a link to the ingredients?

Many Thanks for all the good information!
