Annie, while you're in Target, if you see this set, get it. It's a GREAT bargain, and the videos are awesome (plus it comes with a set of dumb bells): Amazon
You can watch a clip at the link below, but as you can see it's WAY, WAY cheaper (like almost half price) at the Amazon.com link above.
"This is not a program you could do in your home, unless you can afford to have a full gym in your basement," Schmitz said.
Aw. I don't like going to the gym, not because I'm lazy but it just eats up my after work time I need to get things done at home and spend time with my family.
I've got some 3lb. weights I use at night on my upper body, and then work on my lower body with situps and leg lifts (stomach, back, and sides). I also walk about 30 mins. a day at work. I've noticed when I don't do my workout routines at home I tend to pack on the pounds. But even the little I do at night slims me.

I think the person who wrote the article doesn't realize that you can get a gym quality/personal trainer-style workout with any number of videos on the market... Even with limited equipment, and limited space...

I've never exercised to a video before. I usually read books about strength training. Anyeone ever heard of Joyce Vedral before? She's got some good books that minimizes weekly workouts with maximum effects.

Yep! She's been around a LONG time (has several videos, too.)

Has anyone done the Curves workout? I definitely noted the inches decreasing. Stopped going (was doing a trial membership) because the hours of the facility didn't fit into my schedule. However, my gym has a "circuit training" layout with the nautilus equipment, so I'm hoping it'll simulate the Curves workout. I'm hoping to get started again this week. Boy, it is hard to start a good habit when you've been out of it for so long!
No because my "newish" car decided to crap the bed and consequently I spent half my paycheck fixing it. I'm still keeping up with cardio though...hoping to get the weights very soon. I still have the link bookmarked.
