No, I don't think it's the same. From what I read ovary fibrosis is pretty rare. I coudlnt' find a lot on it, though. The treatments seem about the same though.

There are so many symptoms of PCOS that I think it is probably one of many that could happen from what I could gather w/o actually reading too far into the sites...
