Marking a spot...I am not taking either at the moment. I have decided to go the medical route...and if that fails I will go back to the herbal route. I do want to read other success though...hope it's ok i stay....
I do have a question for the veteran Cinnamon takers...I am currently on Met 1500mgs ...which may go up to 2000mgs....i guess you can say I have been semi DX's as pre-diabetic....should I add cinnamon to my Met?? How many mgs???? I am TTCing...and I think i originally stopped the cinnamon b/c there were conflicting sides as to whether or not it is safe while TTC'ing and/or if you are pregnant.

I'm not sure, but a girl on the other thread was on 1000mg of cinnamon and was fine. She ended up getting pg and stopped taking the cinnamon then. I dont think it affects you while ttc.

Hi Ladies, I figured we kinda still needed something. I love Vitex and Im and on and off cinnamon taker and i know some of us is TTC so its good to have some support! I sent the link to a few of you because I could only send to 1 person at a time grrr..Hopefully everyone else will find us!
Lina- I think I heard it is safe to take Cinnamon and Met together.

Hi everyone just marking my place.
Im a vitex user and a not very regular cinnamon user, but i must say the vitex is giving me anything from a 45-55 day cycle which is way better than the usual 2 or 3 a year.

I really want to take the cinnamon...but am a tad weary...i never spotted orange in my life and when i was taking the cinnamon i did ...i dont know if it was due to the herb or something else since i stopped taking the cinnamon i never spotted like that again....

Vitex pretty much did the same thing for me!
Although I find after a few months i need to take a break for it to kick back in..Do you have to do that too?

Hello Ladies. I have a question. If you don't mind I would like to tell you all about my ttc disappointment. I did 3 round of clomid and met (1500mg), the last cycle with a steriod which did not work. So yet again I'm at my wits end. I have started taking progesterone cream in order to get my cycle. The question is, how does this vitex and cinnamon thing work and has anyone conceived or ovulated while taking it? I wish you ladies the best and lots of baby dut!!!
