Hey girls! So what's the deal with taking cinnamon and chromium AND vitex together? Good idea or not?
I am currently doing this. I take 1600mg of vitex 2 in the morning 2 at night, 1500 of cinnamon and recommend dose of the chromium GTF and so far nothing has changed. I have been taking the vitex for over a month now and just started everything else about a week ago so im waiting on some changes. I am not TTC but, trying to get my cycles straight cause we plan on TTC at the end of this year. I will update when I get a cycle or O. Sending you lots of luck as well!

Cindy and Dana - thank you, i am holding out until Friday DPO 13, and watching my temps, the hover above the coverline by a few degrees.... i so want a BFP...
ConstantV - I am taking Tri chromium (Cinnamon/chromium) w/ Vitex. The only thing that effects Vitex is estrogen containing products, Soy, and Clomid.
Police Wife - I took Vitex 400mg for a mo, but didn't feel anything, so I upped it to 1200mg 4 wks ago, following directions now... and that is when things started to happen.
As long as my temps are still up, I am testing Friday....

i was takeing 1600mg of vitex a day, and it took about a month for me to dotice changes tehn about 2 months after starting i got 1st af, was vry heavy and painful but since then they have gotton lighter.
I decided after af this month to stop vitex for a month to see what happens. Hopefully the vitex has kicked something inside me into order

dcbailey- yes says on bottle 2x400 twice a day, i just took what it said and i always do as i am told.. lol
That amount worked for me, i dont know if taking a lower amount at the start would have taken longer for it to work for me

ah ok my bottle tells me up to 1200mg each pill is 400mg and it says to take 2 or 3times per day.

I have known other woman to take 1600mg but, now im wondering if I am taking to much. Does anyone know for sure?? Also, im starting to have O like pains so im wondering whats going on down there.
