Default Success with Insulite

I really wanted to know if anyone has had any success with the PCOS Insulite system. I know alot of cysters posted about Insulite before but many don't seem to be around anymore to share experiences.

I started Insulite 4/18. I haven't noticed much difference yet. I guess I need to be patient as its only been 4 days.

If anyone has any feedback please post. Thanks.

I was actually wondering about this too. I saw the Insulite site today and thought it was interesting.

I started taking it almost 6 weeks ago- and have seen a lot of positive changes. Some things I've noticed are; normal temps & CM, slowed facial hair growth (still not gone but hey, it's a start!), less severe acne (no big bumps or painful ones, still smaller ones -again, it's a start!), increased energy and sex drive (but only in the daytime-at night do not touch me! Took us a while to figure that one out-lol)

Still have sugar/carb cravings to contend with but usually can deal with it. I do get headaches if I don't drink enough water and/or eat the refined sugars and carbs.

Give it time, I didn't see much in the way of changes for about 2 1/2 weeks.

LeilaniBaby and CrazyDaisyGurl,
How's it going? Improvements still apace?

I just started yesterday and am so excited. I'm already taking a Thyroid Support supplement so I don't think I'll feel like I have more energy and I've cut out sugar almost entirely, so I've lost a couple of pounds before starting.

I've wondered about it too...what type of exercise program do they suggest?

I was really impressed with this portion of their recommendations. As they should, they advise to start slow and slowly build your fitness. It may begin with 15-20 minutes of walking a day, but eventually build to 5 days per week, alternating between aerobic and non-aerobic activity.

Well, I had to stop taking it because I am on antibiotics. I am still feeling sick, but I am almost done with the antibiotics, this weekend. I plan on starting again on Monday next week, depending on how I feel.

I am glad to see there are more cysters trying this out. I hope we can continue to share our experiences with insulite. Lets keep posting. Good luck everyone

Hello fellow insulite cysters,
just wondering if there were any updates? I have been on insulite only 3 days so I really can't say much. No problems with headaches or heartburn but I always have 16oz of water each time I take pills.

I'm on day 4 of Insulite and can't say I've noticed any major changes. I got one of those hold a million pills organizers and taking the pills hasn't been as hard as I imagined. I plan to try it for a month and see how it goes. I've also tried to reduce my carbs.

Why do you have to stop taking it when on antibiotics?? Is that what they said to do, or is that your preference?
