success stories of laparoscopic ovarian diathermy???

hi ladies,

anyone out there had success from laparoscopic ovarian diathermy? if so, how long did it take you recover? to conceive? did it help the cysts? not finding too much on this subject & i am very curious as to how this surgery has helped any pcos~ers. thanks in advance
