Hi I was looking for success stories with clomid.. I have pcos and been ttc 1 for 5 1/2 years.... I am on clomid and was looking and wondering.. I usually take clomid cd 5-9 but this month 3-7 I was see if anyone has taking it like this and had success on 3-7 instead of 5-9 thank You and GOD bless and GOOD LUCK and LOTS OF BABY DUST

Clomid worked for me. I started with 1500mg of metformin, along with a low carb diet (lost 10lbs) then tried clomid. The first round of clomid 50mg didn't work at all. But the following month, I went up to 100mg and a follicle grew so I gave myself an hcg trigger. I took clomid cd 5-9. When you were on clomid, did your doc/RE monitor your ovaries via ultrasound? Have you been able to try the met/clomid combo? If that doesn't work there are other meds you can turn to. You might want to post this on the pregnancy board so you can some other women's experiences.

I was wondering the success rate as well. I have been on Met alone for a year. This cycle will be my first on Clomid CD 5-9. I am really interested in seeing how this works for me.
