Have any of you had any sucess with reflexology relieving your pcos symptoms or bringing on af? I am thinking of trying it, but its not covered by my insurance. Sucess stories anyone?

Well, a related concept is accupressure -- there's lots of good info about treating PCOS in The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis that some people on this board are reading.
DH & I have been playing with her accupressure recommendations at home, and we're having fun with it -- and it's true that if I have a particular symptom, the point relating to that symptom will be very tender.
Only been playing with this a month or so, so can't relate any actual successes, but at least it's fun and relaxing and free, beyond the purchase of the book.

Well I don't know if it makes a difference here... but the ONLY time I responded to clomid was when I had reflexology. Unfortunately it was the last cycle that I did of clomid and didn't get pg.
I now do acupuncture and LOVE it! I've never felt more at ease or relaxed, and my AF this time was much different.. not painful or gross like it usually is.

Thanks for the responses! I have a reflexology appointment on Sunday. A few years ago I did accupunture (about 6 times), the last time I had a horrible hallucination and after freaking out, ever went back. Glad YOUR experience was better!
