I just found this site today and I have already learned SO much!

I was just diagnosed a week ago! After not having a period for 7 months(and rather enjoying that) I made my first appt with an GYN! Scary! They called me about 3 weeks later with the results and told me they would send me a packet. Of course, I was curious about what PCOS was and what it would mean for me, so I have been researching nonstop! I dont think I've processed all this info, but I am trying!!

Oh - a little about me! I'm a sophmore at Texas A&M!! Go Aggies! I'm from Beaumont, though(in College Station now). I'm majoring in sociology and hoping to do major work in the foster care system, cause it needs it for sure! I work at a "children's center" for Texas A&M (fancy word for daycare if you ask me!) with a 4 year old class room and at my church's preschool Sunday mornings with one year olds! I LOVE kids and want a HUGE family.

So glad this resource is here!
