Well this oast week I have broken out on my cheeks close to my mouth maybe 4 inches away on each side, with quite a few red pimples!
Now I would never be concerned baout his because I NEVER BREAK OUT! If i was to get a break out around AF whenever she decided to come, it would only be a tiny pimple and clear up withing 24 hrs!!
Im a bit concerned. I mean I have tons of symptoms of PCOS but I always said except the Acne, now Im thinking could my pcos be getting worse and now Im having another neg. effect from PCOS?
Im probably blowing it out of proportion but My face is burning and so itchy and I have done the alchol 3 times a day and nothing is working!
Anyone just get sudden breakouts like this and what do u do for them?

could you have an allergy to something?? make up? cleanser? etc . I had a severe break out a few months back (i hardly ever get any ), and my gp said it was a bacterial infection, which i think i got from putting foundation on acne.

hmm, well i did just buy a face cleanser that ive used b4 but havent used it in months its oil of olay, im gonna stop usin it for a few days and see what happends! thanks for replying !

When I was first diagnosed with rosacea about 15 years ago my face would burn and get broken out, too. Not saying that's what you have, but my symptoms were similar. Alcohol is the worst thing for it. I had to go on tetracycline and eventually just use Metrocream on my face twice a day. The rosacea is under control and I've had clear, nice skin ever since.
I use a beauty bar (Nutrogena fragrance free) and Aveeno lotion for my face.

I also have never had trouble with acne. a pimple maybe 2 a year is all I ever got. but about 3 months ago my forhead just broke out with tiny little pimples and they aren't going anywhere. Luckily they are not noticible to others unless I piont them out but they are driving me nuts.

I also have the same problem just in time for the holidays!
I almost never have pimples, perhaps just one every other month or not at all just before AF. I would describe my pimples the same way as the OP. My skin usually looks flawless when I apply makeup; now I can see the 'damage' under the foundation.
I was also beginning to suspect that it make be my make-up/make-up tools or my Neutrogena cleanser that promises to "stop break outs before they start"! YEAH RIGHT!
I am going to run to the Pro-active kiosk in the mall tonight and pray for an overnight miracle!

I used to use Pro-Activ solution regulary for mild acne on my left temple. I stopped ordering it because it was becoming an expensive monthly bill.
The kiosk at the mall also sells PAS, so I am going to get a bottle of cleanser tonight and I think they also have an overnight zit reducer or something...I'll let you know how it works out; this seems like the only solution that will work right now...
I never got pimples much as well UNTIL I recently went of off Diane 35 and I got a bad break out (well, bad for me!!) Did you do anything different to your regime?
the only thing i changed was my face wash,but it was something i used in the past. i guess as u get older your skin sensitivity changes!!

I totally have just been bit with a huge break out and I don't know why either. But I'm the type of person that can't leave a blemish alone. I am always touching it or trying to sqeeze it, which of course makes it 10 times worse.

I am going through this now too. I had a couple zits threw out the month but now I'm covered with them all over my face. I don't even want to leave my house. I don't know if this is just happening from the pcos, I was just recently diagnosed or if it is because I just started Yaz, but I thought Yaz was supposed to help! Any one gone throught this and got something that helps people with pcos get rid of acne?
Sudden Break out of yucky pimples?
