Did you switch any of your hair care when it all started? If I'm not careful about which shampoo I use, it can break out my back, neck and shoulders. If you did change anything, you might stop using it for a bit and see if it helps.

I was dx with Rosacea 2 months after my DD was born. I had always had some acne but nothing like it is now. I had to be put on doxycycline for it and recently went off of it since my DH and I are TTC #2 and since doxy has super high percentages of birth defects, I wanted it out of my system.

Soo anywho...I started taking Garlic and surprisingly my severe Rosacea has stayed at bay..I still have pretty bad acne but I can only assume that it can really clear someone up that has moderate acne.

I take 800 mg of garlicin a day. Its the non odor kind so its not like I smell I take 2 100 mg pills 3 xs a day ...Vitex also has helped my cystic acne which is caused by over production of androgens in the body which is a symptom of PCOS.

I have stopped taking the Vitex since I am just now in the process of getting my official dx of pcos.

I have terrible acne too. Nothing I ever do makes it go away, its like anything I put on it will work for a week then it evolves and grows stronger. I have used differin, benzoyl peroxide and tea tree oil, just to name a few. The only stuff that even keeps it in control is Pimple Eraser (Google it) and salicylic acid peels. I doesn't make it go away but it dries it up, keeps it from hurting and makes it less noticeable. That's all the advise I have. Good luck!!
