I have started using recipes out of Sue Gregg's cookbooks with GREAT results. Some of her recipes seemed rather odd to my husband and me. We are Texans to the core. So, Lentil Rice Casserole sounded nasty. But, it has turned out to be one of our favorite meals. I lost 3 pounds in about 1 1/2 weeks using her recipes. I even had her home made vanilla ice cream every single night. And after lunch most days! I modify her recipes to suit my needs when I need to. For instance...we don't use ground turkey.
