Hi---
Food seems to affect me in major ways. I try to eat low carb no sugar because I am hypoglycemic. I am a vegetarian --- If i even eat one cookie or some bread on the weekend. My blood sugar must go crazy. Then I could literally sleep for 24 hours and get so depressed. I have tried glucophage and that makes me more depressed. Any ideas? Anyone else like this?
I feel like I have to eat perfect which stinks to have less depression
