I LOVE OREOS! Now that that's out of the way... I never eat them. I have IR and I'm trying to lose/maintain my weight, so I stay away from them. Has anyone tried these new Sugar Free Oreos? I glanced at them, I didn't even check the nutritional information out...
yes my mom is diabetic and we tried them they are very good but you DON"T want to eat to many of them becuase they will give you gas like no tommorrow! So limit one or two a day. Hope that helps.
I've tried them. But they have almost as many calories as regular oreos so I'd rather have the real thing sparingly. As for the taste they're not too bad, but you do get the artificial sweetner taste in the background.

Just be careful of the sugar alcohol. Too much consumption has "a laxative effect"...in other words, you'll be perched on your porcelain throne with the plunger as a scepter lol.
Now that I know these exist, I'm thinking I must make some Oreo Truffles with them...YUM!
1 Pkg Oreos (any kind) pulverized in the food processor 1 Pkg Cream Cheese Chocolate chips
Mix pulverized Oreos with cream cheese....better to do it with your hands. It's quite sticky! After it's mixed, roll it into one-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze for about 45 minutes. Melt chocolate chips (or almond bark, or butterscotch chips...be creative!) and dip the balls in it to coat (or you can drizzle it on, but I prefer them dipped). Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. These things are HIT at every party!!
