Default Suggested vitamins for ME

Ok I truely feel that with hubby's issues and him taking the vitamins suggested for the Male factor I truely feel that we got somewhere as I did get pregnant this past month. And all in all his sperm looks much different (sorrt tmi) but it's the only I can describe it to you all so if there anyone out there facing the same can compare my notes to theirs...

Ok I know the reason I miscarried or rather have a strong feeling as to why, being that I got a negative on a HPT I stopped taking the progestrone the RE told me to use up until a negative results or my period came I did it right Well little did we know I was actually pregnant and since I stopped taking the SO needed progestorne to maintain the pregnancy it ended in a miscarry. So my question is this what kind of vitamins can I take to "help" maintain the next pregnancy if I am blessed once again? I am seeing B6 and baby aspirn all over is that a good start. I have lap band so I can't be taking HUGE vitamins as they will not go through..so anyone that can give me some ideas it will be much appreciated...

My RE and surgeon suggested taking Flintstones with Iron, 2 a day. (I just read an article linking low iron with infertility too) Neither has suggested prenatals, and I can't take n-saids, so baby aspirin is out. Since you have a lap band you may want to ask your surgeon, I assume it's similar to people that have had gastric bypass and we don't process pills the same way people with "normal" bellys do.

Good luck Chula!
