I sort of wanted to suggest a "project" ...to maybe put together an annotated list of web resources that would be at the front or the adoption board all the time, perhaps in an FAQ style, perhaps as a sticky message... New people seem to come to the board with simillar questions all the time and then people have to chime in about pretty much the same advice and suggestions of resources over and over for almost each new person. I would be happy to help compile said list... Anyone else?
I think that's a great idea. It will help people who are curious about how to start adopting and save them time for easier research!
Excellent idea, Rachelle!!

I think we could definitely use a sticky, maybe titled "Adoption Resources". We could PM Lisa 75 the links we use most .
I think another sticky would be useful for commonly asked questions, such as financing, cost, etc... We could browse the adoption forum for those types of questions and answers/advice that have already been given.
What do you think, Lisa??

OK, I'd like to help compile a list of resources, especially web resources, but I especially want it to be annotated and to have the "flavor" that would come from all the sites be ones that have been personally researched/used by members here. So, anyone who would like to mention a website as well as their view about it and a brief description (how is it helpful?), as well as your soulcysters name, please go ahead and email to me at rachelmichellek@yahoo.com to compile.
