HI Everyone,

I have been thinking about taking some herbs to help with AF. ( I never get it without bc). I am currently waiting to see a fertility specialist, but I thought that maybe some natural meds. would be a good start. I have read Glenville's book, Natural Solutions for Infertility. There are many different things mentioned in there. I thought the best would be to start with herbs. I read about Don Quai and Angus Cactus, but I was wondering what type of success people have had with these? Do you firmly believe in that herbs help?

I grealty appreciate anyone's advice. Thanks in advance.

I am on BCP's but I've seen on the boards that other cysters use Natural Progesterone Cream. You may want to run a search to find out more about it.
