Default Suggestions for reducing breaking/ falling hair and facial hair

I have been taking met/ avandamet for a few months now and I am very very happy with my weight loss and also my PMS symtoms (i have lesser bloating and my mood swings are also under control)

MY HAIR!! My hair break and fall a lot and the broken hairs then stand on my head so i have to gel them down (i hate it) and there also has been no improvement in my facial hair.

IS there anything I can do to reduce my facial hair and hair fall?

Please tell me what has worked for you..medications? alternative remedies? herbs??

thankyou

Not sure if this will help, but Pantene came out with a new shampoo and conditioner that is supposed to make hair breakage less. I just bought the conditioner, so we will see.

I used EPO * evening primrose oil* I have hashimoto, and PCOS/IR, and My hair was falling our, and was also so gross ( as in dry and brittle ) when reading my thyroid book I oredered they mentioned taking 500mgs of EPO too help with hair issue..I took 1000mgs, and It WORKED! My hair still falls out, but like 5 hairs a day, as oppsosed too every time I touch my head, and also it is ver soft and shiny.. Not as brittle as it was...

I'm sorry you are having too deal with this. It sucks so bad too have too deal with this. Hoping you can find something that works for you *hugs*
